Airport transfers Dubai
Start your Dubai adventure as soon as you step off the plane with a hassle-free airport transfer straight to your accommodation.

A glittering city of space-age architecture, framed by the warm waters of the Persian Gulf and sweeping desert dunes, Dubai has become an increasingly popular city break for Brits. Given its relatively short 7-hour flight time, year-round sunshine and its long stretch of sandy coastline, it’s no surprise really.

With an efficient metro and bus service, the city is well-connected by public transport. However, in a country where temperatures can soar above 40 degrees, an air-conditioned transfer can make all the difference.
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is just under 3 miles away from the city centre, so transfers are a quick and easy option once you’ve landed. Of course, you pay for the convenience, but being so close to the city, airport transfers can usually be found at a reasonable price.

If you are worried about the cost, a shared bus or shuttle is an excellent way to compromise on price and convenience. Compare the airport transfer companies on TravelSupermarket to find discounts and some of the cheapest prices going.

Taking into account traffic and the terminal you fly into, a private transfer into Dubai should take around 15 minutes. If you’re heading further south towards Downtown Dubai, it’s closer to 30 minutes. Plus, you don’t need to worry about finding a parking space. Using public transport, meanwhile, it takes just under an hour to get to Downtown Dubai.
It’s here you’ll find the most of city’s well-known attractions, such as the incredible Palm Islands, the towering Burj Khalif and the enormous Mall of the Emirates. As a result, many of Dubai’s best hotels are located in the area, including the Palm Jumeriah and the Burj Al Arab.

Dubai’s long coastline is home to a host of public and private beaches, the latter are owned by the various seaside hotels. Bear this in mind when booking your accommodation, as the private beaches can only be accessed by hotel guests or those who pay the expensive day entry fees.
